The audit includes a workflow map, a gap analysis, and a prioritised list of recommended implementations. The €299 fee is credited toward any project you book.

Whatever you need — reviewing requirements for requested implementations, explaining implemented changes, conducting performance reviews, or providing team training on specific features. Each meeting must be booked in advance with the purpose communicated through your preferred channel.

A quick task is any task completable in under 1.5 hours. Examples:

• Creating new database views
• Creating or modifying a formula
• Creating custom database page templates
• Adding linked database views to page templates
• Setting up database button automations

A mid-sized improvement takes up to 6 hours to implement. Examples:

• Development of a simple CRM
• Complex or multiple database automations
• Development of a Social Media Management Hub
• Simple Project Management system (up to two databases)

A large-scale project takes more than 6 hours to complete. Examples:

• More complex CRM
• Financial tracking system
• Project management setup with numerous workflow automations
• Any database with more than 5 advanced Notion formulas

Any topic you need — Notion feature walkthroughs, explanations of your system's workflows, and integration guides (e.g. connecting Notion to Slack or n8n).

This is the response time for processing and answering your questions. Each package includes dedicated communication time — whether you're asking "Is this possible in Notion?" or "Where can I find this feature?", you'll receive a response within your package's average time.

We recommend adding one team member as a paid workspace member. This allows us to implement all features (including charts, automations, and sharing permissions) and makes access management simpler. We suggest either "workspace owner" or "teamspace owner" depending on how much access you'd like to grant.

After submitting your package request, we'll send payment details by email. Retainers are invoiced at the start of each month (proforma first, then final invoice on payment). You can cancel anytime, effective at month end. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
